How we can help:
-
This service is designed to support families navigating next steps following a neuropsychological evaluation or when a child is struggling academically and/or behaviorally. You will receive guidance on how to interpret recommendations, prioritize next steps, and advocate effectively for your child. The goal is to turn complex and overwhelming documents and situations into understandable and actionable strategies. We provide a personalized plan tailored to your child’s unique strengths and needs.
-
Coordinating information among providers and school is time-consuming, overwhelming and stressful. This service is designed to reduce that burden by providing a communication coordinator, ensuring that recommendations from each provider are aligned and working toward the common goal of helping your child. We provide on-going support by interpreting evaluations and recommendations, identifying priorities, and assisting with next steps so that your family can focus less on managing logistics and more on supporting your child. We help you stay organized, informed and confident as you navigate your child’s care.
-
This service provides an opportunity for you to problem solve challenges as they arise and to receive individualized guidance tailored to your family’s needs. Sessions focus on understanding behavior, implementing consistent strategies, adjusting supports at home or navigating developmental changes.
-
This service provides personalized instruction to students in grades K-6 who need extra support in reading, writing and/or math. We tailor sessions to your child’s learning profile, focusing on building foundational skills, closing gaps, and increasing confidence. We use evidence-based instruction, adapting the best components of different curriculums and interventions with your child’s interests to create an educational and engaging program.
-
Executive functioning challenges often affect much more than organization or homework completion. Difficulties with planning, flexibility, initiation and self-regulation can contribute to frustration and family conflict. This service provides hands-on practical support in building skills and routines that encourage success. Our goal is to reduce stress for both your child and the family while increasing independence over time.
-
This service is designed to empower teens and adults with dyslexia to better understand how they learn and how to work with, not against, their brains. We focus on building self-awareness, identifying strengths and developing strategies to navigate reading, writing and everyday challenges. Our goal is to reduce stress and increase confidence, independence, and the ability to advocate for supports that are needed in school, work and life.
-
This service provides normative assessments to help understand how your child is performing. Additional skill screeners may be conducted to provide further information that rounds out the profile. Unlike many reports, our assessment report provides detailed notes about the types of errors your child made, valuable information for tutors, schools and parents.
*Please note: our educational assessments do not include IQ testing or a diagnoses
